The organization sponsors Society of Women Engineers (SWE), the world’s largest advocate and catalyst for change for women in engineering and technology.

Lockheed Martin Corporation Scholarship Program

In support of SWE’s mission of empowering women, Lockheed Martin Corporation Scholarships offers annual scholarship opportunities to females who are earning bachelor’s degrees in engineering, engineering technology, and fields related to engineering globally. The recipients will be given $2,000 scholarship award. They may also consider applying for $1,400 Bechtel Corporation Scholarship for college which is also available to female students majoring in the same field.

Eligibility

The following requirements must be satisfied to be eligible for this scholarship opportunity:

• Females who are earning bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, and Electrical Engineering
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Enrolled in ABET-accredited U.S. universities
